Why Patti's?

​

Let us introduce you to a very special women, at the heart of our brand but also the heart of our lives, Patricia Anne Cook, also known as Nanny Pat, also known as Patti.

​

When brainstorming name ideas we knew we wanted to create a space where our members and community felt that they are understood, that they belong, that they were safe and at home. No where else stuck out to us more than my Nanny Pat’s house, where everyone truly was welcome and valued no matter what.

​

Thus, Patti’s was born, in loving memory of beautiful Nanny Pat, 1945-2018.

What is Reformer Pilates?

​

Reformer pilates is a highly effective but low impact form of exercise that can be customised and tailored to your personal fitness and flexibility level.

​

It provides many benefits to our health, strength and wellness. Regular sessions will help you to build strength and tone muscles, improve your flexibility, balance and coordination, and enhance your joint health and mobility.

It can also enhance your mindset, boost your mood and improve sleep quality. Through focus on developing a strong core regular reformer sessions can improve your posture and reduce back pain, reduce the risk of injury and aid your recovery from certain injuries.

We are honoured to have an amazing team of passionate, knowledgable and dedicated instructors here at Patti's. All aiming to first ensure you feel welcome in the studio and comfortable on the reformer before directing you through a unique reformer pilates session, offering demonstrations and adjustments where needed throughout the class.
